I have had Ryan do my massages every 3 weeks for about 2 years and he was very gentle - well where needed he was brutal - I was at ease with his approach and walked out of his studio feeling like I’d had a massage. If I went in with a specific area of concern - Ryan approached the area with soothing hands and got rid of the niggle or knot.

Ryan is a very good & professional trainer, I found Ryan’s coaching very helpful encouraging & non judgmental. When I or anyone else in the class had an injury he’s always known what alternative exercises would work to help prevent more injury, especially if you have a back or knee injury. Coming from a functional fitness background, I was chuffed when Ryan could offer me similar training in a small group, in a relaxed and un daunting atmosphere. I found this very beneficial for my technique and while recovering from an injury, and have become stronger than before it! I appreciate the way Ryan was able to fit the workout to meet individual fitness and strength, and even though I well forgot which weight I did last time, he did not 😆

Not your average personal trainer!!!! I had the amazing opportunity to have one one-on-one sessions and group training with Ryan. I really enjoyed getting out of my comfort zone and Ryan made me so comfortable trying new exercises I would never have imagined I could do! Ryan is hands down my favourite coach I’ve experienced. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides a high standard with a lot of experience. Not only is he an excellent trainer but he also is superb with nutrition too. He goes above and beyond for you as a personal trainer. Always encouraging and pushing you to your limits. When I first started my fitness journey I was a heavy girl, not once did he judge me and make me feel uncomfortable. He guided me to reach my goals, he made sure that it was a lifestyle for me and not just going to be temporary and he swapped out exercises to nurture an injury. If you want to be pushed to your max or just want a safe space to start your fitness journey then I would highly recommend checking him out because he’s worth every minute!!!
